Holiday Weight Gain Tips Many people are lucky enough to get have a naturally high metabolism and I'm sure you realize some people that may eat just anything and never obtain a pound. Unfortunately for many people, holiday putting on weight is inevitable. The work parties, holiday cookies, just a little alcohol cheer, holiday tension, little or zero exercise throughout the holidays and merely the easy proven fact that winter season typically lead towards putting on weight. That's why so many people make slimming down their New Year's Resolution every year and try to slim down following the holidays. This really is unsurprising and every one of us understand what causes winter weight gain - we eat a lot more calories than we burn. It's fun to celebrate the holiday season together with eat and become merry. My diet and I'm sure many people much like me go on what I call the “See Food Diet”, you know... this diet if you notice food, you eat it. Then you will find the folks much like me who eat things just to show the host appreciation for that appetizer or dish they prepared. We really need to limit ourselves to just having a bite or a tiny serving, that is difficult to do...
